Unlike traditional methods, we use vacuum penis hanger technologies under traction to provide a clear view of the suspensory ligament. This enables the surgeon to precisely release the correct amount of the ligament. By stretching the penis during the procedure, additional access to the suspensory ligament is gained, which would not be possible in a relaxed state.

Our unique surgical approach also differs from traditional lengthening methods in terms of entry incision placement. Rather than making an incision vertically or transversely above the penis, which can limit access and create visible scars, our surgeon makes a small incision within the scrotal side-fold.
